We receive the details you enter, such as your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number, account details and order information. A customer care message includes the contact details and message you choose to send. Please leave sensitive information out of the contact form.

Information from a visit

Our site and hosting systems may receive technical records such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and error information. We use those records for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation.

Why we use it

We use information to maintain your shopping bag, process and communicate about orders, deliver parcels, handle returns, answer questions, protect accounts and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. We do not use the contact form to enroll you in marketing emails.
