Effective November 5, 2026. These terms apply to your use of threadandmorn.com and purchases from Thread & Morn, operated by GlobalThread Apparel LLC.

Shopping with us

Use accurate contact and delivery information and place orders only when you can enter a binding agreement. Keep your account sign-in information private. You are responsible for activity using your account and should tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

Product details and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping and any collected tax are shown before an order is submitted. Product photographs may look different across displays. Measurements are approximate; consult the individual garment chart instead of assuming that letter sizes are identical across styles.

We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with the correction and available options. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled and refund any amount paid for the canceled items.

Orders and communication

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. An order may be declined or canceled because of an address outside our delivery area, an unavailable item, an information error or suspected misuse. We will notify you when that happens. Please contact us promptly about changes or cancellations.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, transit and charges. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, return postage and refunds. Both policies form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how shopping and contact information is handled.

Using site content

Site text, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not copy content for commercial reuse without permission, interfere with site security or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Virginia law applies where consistent with applicable consumer protections. Contact us first if an issue arises so we can work toward a practical resolution.

We may revise these terms for future site use and purchases. The posted effective date identifies the current version. The terms in place when you order apply to that purchase.
